熟悉加工工藝：包括剪、沖/切/復合、折、鉚接、拼接、成型，咬邊，彎管，縮管，擴管等。
了解鈑金的成型工藝；剪板機、數(shù)控沖床/激光、等離子、水射流切割機、折彎以及各種輔助設備如：開卷機、校平機、去毛刺機、點焊機。
熟練三維設計軟件；Solidworks，UG，CATIA等。
了解基本的材料知識，主要涉及0.6mm板材，薄板，主要生產產品為方形和圓形的落水管。
了解模具相關知識。
